Job Full Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, solution-driven Job Processing Specialist to support our client in Mendota Heights, MN. This role bridges communication between departments and ensures accurate processing of job data, purchase orders, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify part numbers and reconcile purchase orders and revisions
- Process advanced/blanket orders with accuracy and problem-solving insight
- Communicate with Sales, Estimation, Quality, and Production teams
- Engage with customers to clarify missing or updated order details
- Guide team members on job processes and documentation
- Maintain organized records and customer databases in MS Office
- Support general office operations and guest management
- Uphold LEAN-oriented processes and exceptional customer service standards
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years in an office setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel (calendar, folder management, formulas)
- Detail-focused and adaptable with strong prioritization skills
- Experience in job write-ups, invoicing, or manufacturing environments highly preferred
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
