Job Full Description
We are seeking at Customer Service Representative for a client located in Eagan, MN. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice and helpful hand that supports educators and school administrators. From answering questions to processing orders, your role is essential in ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to post-sale support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
- Guide potential customers through product options and support existing users
- Enter and manage data in our customer management system
- Process purchase orders and phone orders accurately
- Provide timely and accurate price quotes
- Prepare and send invoices
- Handle product returns and issue credits
- Support additional business projects as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong computer proficiency (CRM experience a plus)
- A customer-first mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and upbeat team player
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
