We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in Mendota Heights. This position involves supporting daily operations, managing client communications, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and comfortable using modern tools, including AI platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
- Dispatch teams to client locations based on scheduling needs
- Maintain and update client and service databases
- Answer client billing questions and resolve payment issues
- Assist with accounting tasks such as invoicing and past due accounts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and AI tools like ChatGPT
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Prior experience in administrative or client support roles required
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
