Job Full Description
We are seeking a Retail Phone Repair Technician for a locally owned company in Eagan. This position can be either full-time or part-time hours and is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented and tech-savvy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair iPhones, iPads, Android smartphones, and Android tablets
- Perform service and troubleshooting on additional electronic devices, including computers and laptops, based on experience
- Provide professional, customer‑focused service
- Follow established repair procedures and training protocols
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to learn and retain information through written materials, videos, and hands‑on training
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Schedule:
- Full and Part-Time schedules available
- Flexible scheduling between 10am-6pm, Monday through Friday
