Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to finish (8–10 hour days)
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals in Eagan is seeking hardworking and reliable individuals for a Landscaping Technician role with Wagner Sod Company. This position involves hands-on outdoor work including sod installation, fertilizer application, and irrigation/sprinkler system installation. Candidates should be comfortable working in varying weather conditions and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install sod and prepare soil for proper placement
- Assist with fertilizer programs and lawn care treatments
- Install and maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and job site instructions
- Work efficiently to complete projects on time
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of landscaping, lawn care, or irrigation experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and with a team
