Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of collections, accounts receivable, billing, or related financial/customer service experience.
- Strong phone communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare billing, medical collections, or revenue cycle management.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable software platforms.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
