Technical Service Representative

• Day Shift | Monday - Friday
• 7am- 5:30pm | Flexible Shift
• Optional OT on Saturdays or extended work day hours during peek season
• $20.00/hr
• Full Time Long Term Opportunity | Contract to Hire

 

Job Duties

• Answer phone calls & emails to help consumers order parts, check order status, and guide customers with purchasing products for marine electronics (electric trolling motors).
• No outbound cold calling.
• Service promptly, courteously, and professionally. Strengthen the relationships between consumers and business.
• Provide technical advice and product information.
• Accurately enter orders and document call conversations into computer system.
• Meet department goals and objectives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Small, friendly office environment.
