Restoration Cleaner
Location: Mankato – job sites will vary day to day
Pay: $20/hour
Work Schedule: 7:20am - 8pm | Monday – Friday
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Cleaner to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work in various environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning and restoration tasks on residential and commercial properties.
- Assess damage and identify the appropriate cleaning methods and products.
- Use specialized equipment and techniques to clean, sanitize, and restore surfaces.
- Work collaboratively with restoration teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Document work performed and communicate with clients and management.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, restoration, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects 50+ lbs independently and perform physical tasks.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
