Job Description:

As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for managing administrative functions, supporting our recruitment team, and creating a positive workplace culture. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and a passion for providing outstanding support.

  • Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm
  • up to $20.00 / hour depending on experience
  • On-Site workplace in Mankato MN


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.
  • Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Collaborate with our client's hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions.
  • Maintain and organize company records and databases.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and managing employee documentation.
  • Foster a positive office culture through team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
  • Manage and process external payroll for all contracted employees
  • Coordinate meetings, and company events.
  • Monitor and analyze employee performance metrics to assess productivity, engagement, and overall effectiveness
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance services.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality.
