Dispatch / Customer Service Representative
- Temporary position | Starting ASAP – end of April
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday | 5p-2a
- $22– 24/ hour DOE
- Work performed in Mankato
Job Responsibilities
- Assigns loads & routes to drivers based on customer needs
- Main point of contact for customers
- Coaching, planning, assigning work, addressing complaints, and resolving issues
- Trailer monitoring
- Maintaining oral & written communication
Education/Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree: or 3-4 years of related experience.
