Outside Sales Representative – Lawn & Tractor Equipment
$50,000 base + 10% commission
Overview This role focuses on selling lawn equipment, compact tractors, and outdoor machinery through a mix of inbound leads and B2B field sales. Ideal for someone confident with cold calling, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities

Manage inbound leads from Craigslist, Facebook, and company website (Mondays)

B2B field sales to landscapers, farms, and commercial clients (Tue–Thu)

Office work including quotes, CRM updates, and follow-ups (Fridays)

Cold calling and prospecting new accounts

Conduct equipment demos and explain product features

Prepare pricing and negotiate contracts

Deliver heavy equipment as needed
Requirements

Valid driver’s license
-
Personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)

Ability to deliver and transport heavy equipment

Strong computer skills (CRM, email, digital lead platforms)

Experience in outside sales or equipment sales preferred
