Job Full Description
Established and growing company in Maple Grove looking for a Customer Service Rep/Warehouse support associate to join their team! Responsibilities include all duties related to Customer Service and warehouse operations.
Must possess a teamwork attitude and be willing to take on all Customer Service & Warehouse related tasks. This is a good position for those who like a change every now and then. A plus to gain experience in 2 positions! This position will serve to streamline communication between customers and our warehouse to reduce response times to customer needs
Requirements include 1+ years of Customer Service or shipping and receiving, with knowledge of ERP software (FACTS or Acumatica specific experience a huge plus!). Prior forklift operator experience required. Job requires lifting to 50-75 lbs.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm
- Long term position, evaluation hire
Pay
- $20-22/hour
- Weekly paychecks every Friday
Location and Work Environment
- Maple Grove, MN
- Time will be split between office and warehouse environment

Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist customers with requests via phone or email
- Read orders and find product in warehouse
- Use forklift to prepare needed product for shipment
- Communicate with warehouse team to meet customer needs
- Assist in warehouse operations as needed
- Maintain a positive, team-focused attitude!
Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. with occasional team-lift on heavier items
- Previous Microsoft Office experience required. Experience with ERP software required; FACTS or Acumatica specific experience a plus!
- Forklift operator experience required
- Prior Customer Service experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read orders accurately
