Job Full Description
We're partnering with a growing Coon Rapids-based company seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a TIG Welder & Fabricator. This is a hands-on role working primarily with food-grade aluminum. If you have welding experience, basic shop skills, a good attitude, and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you! Successful completion of a welding test is required prior to offer of employment.
Responsibilities

Perform hand TIG welding on food-grade aluminum components

Cut, face, and fabricate parts to precise lengths and specifications

Work with tight tolerances

Read tape measures and follow basic shop instructions

Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
-
Basic shop skills (tape measure, hand tools, etc.)

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

TIG welding and fabrication experience; certification a plus but not required

Recent technical school graduates encouraged to apply
