We are currently hiring for a Counter Sales Associate! This is a great opportunity for someone with knowledge of residential/commercial electrical products. In this role you will be assisting customers in person, phone or email with questions about electrical products and write up orders for the warehouse team to fill.
Daytime hours; Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers at the Customer Service Desk with order placement and fulfillment, as well as assist in the warehouse pulling and prepping orders.
- Serve as primary facilitate for customer orders made at the Service Desk
- Assist customers in a professional manner with product inquires
- Write (and occasionally fill) orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Generate customer quotations and follow up as necessary
- Work with other sales members to resolve customer service issues
- Monitor product inventory and pull damaged products
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in similar role or field experience in residential/commercial applications of products OR college or technical degree
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, paired with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent relationship building skills
