💬 What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Business Developer, you’ll:
- Connect with local businesses to learn their hiring needs and offer solutions
- Develop community relationships and stay involved in local networking events
- Strategically build and manage your own sales territory
- Conduct outreach through cold calls, warm leads, face-to-face visits, and trade shows
- Share insight on local workforce trends and hiring solutions
- Help match great people with great opportunities – and make a real difference in your town!

✅ Requirements:
- Outgoing, friendly, and professional attitude

- Prior customer service or sales experience
- Basic understanding of business operations and hiring needs
- High school diploma/GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus!)
