Job Full Description
We are seeking reliable Production Workers to assist in the manufacturing and packaging products in a fast-paced food production environment This role involves operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring products meet safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment used in cookie manufacturing
- Mix, measure, and handle ingredients according to company recipes and standards
- Inspect cookies for quality, size, shape, and consistency
- Package finished products into containers, boxes, or pallets
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in compliance with food safety regulation
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and supplies
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food production or manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP)
- Experience working on production lines
