Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to assist with a variety of physical tasks across job sites or facilities. This role supports daily operations by performing manual labor, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and assisting skilled trades or supervisors as needed.
Requirements
- Perform general manual labor tasks, including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely (as trained)
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work alongside team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Report hazards, damaged equipment, or unsafe conditions promptly
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Prior construction, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred but not required
