Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, cashier’s checks, and money orders

Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate cash handling within established limits

Verify customer identification in compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) regulations

Identify and report suspicious activity in accordance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies

Promote and cross-sell bank products and services (checking accounts, savings accounts, CDs, loans, online banking)

Resolve routine customer inquiries regarding accounts, fees, and services

Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information

Assist with ATM balancing, night deposits, and vault operations as needed

Ensure compliance with all federal and state banking regulations and internal audit standards

Maintain accurate transaction records and complete required documentation
