Job Full Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn on the job.
Duties
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up tools and equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety for all team members.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on site.
- Assist in the installation of structures, fixtures, and other construction elements as directed.
Qualifications
Bilingual- English and Spanish
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and standing for long periods.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety practices.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed in a dynamic work environment.
