Machine Operator – Now Hiring
Location: Various around the Hinds, Rankin, Madison counties
Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time | Overtime available
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Ideal candidates will have experience in a manufacturing or production environment and a strong commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper function
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting on machines
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately complete production and inspection reports
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operating experience preferred (CNC, press, or production equipment a plus)
- Ability to read measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers)
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or GED preferred
