Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and maintenance of a commercial/industrial facility. This is a hands-on position requiring a well-rounded maintenance professional with experience in painting, construction, HVAC, welding, and basic electrical work.
Responsibilities
- Perform general building maintenance and preventative maintenance.
- Complete interior and exterior painting projects.
- Assist with construction, remodeling, and repair projects.
- Perform HVAC inspections and routine maintenance.
- Complete welding repairs and light fabrication work.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs, including lighting, outlets, switches, and equipment.
Skills
- 3+ years of facility or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
- Required experience in painting, construction, HVAC, welding, and electrical maintenance.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
Work Environment
- Industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial facility setting.
- Exposure to dust, noise, machinery, and changing temperatures.
- Will require overtime, weekends, or emergency call-outs.
