Job Requirements
- Mount, balance, rotate, repair, and replace passenger, light truck, and commercial tires.
- Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for wear, damage, and safety concerns, recommending appropriate services when needed.
- Perform tire pressure checks, TPMS service, flat repairs, and wheel alignments (if trained).
- Safely operate tire changers, balancing machines, lifts, and other shop equipment while following all safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area while properly handling tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service by explaining tire conditions, services performed, and maintenance recommendations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
Job Requirements
- Degree or diploma in mechanical or automotive engineering.
- Display leadership and ability to multitask in high-stress situations.
- Valid driver's license.
- Aptitude for mathematics and science.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools.
- Attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
