Job Description
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine material requirements and fabrication methods
- Measure, cut, and shape steel components using hand and power tools
- Assemble and install steel structures such as frames, beams, and supports
- Ensure proper alignment and secure connections through welding, bolting, or riveting
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with metalworking tools like grinders, saws, and drills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Physical strength and dexterity to handle heavy materials
