Carpenters & Painters – Full Time
Location: St. Louis, MO Area
Pay: $18–$25/hr Depending on Experience

We are currently hiring carpenters & painters for a growing construction company based in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time opportunity offering consistent hours, overtime potential, and long-term career growth for candidates with any level of carpentry or construction experience.
Responsibilities:
- Perform interior and exterior remodeling tasks such as framing, roofing, flooring, and drywall installation
- Conduct painting tasks for both interior and exterior surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints and building codes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work independently or with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Travel directly to assigned job sites instead of reporting to the office daily
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently or with a team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel directly to job sites
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
