We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. What You’ll Do:

Perform routine and emergency maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery and mechanical systems

Maintain and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and conveyor systems

Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate logs to minimize downtime
-
Identify worn parts, recommend replacements, and ensure timely repairs
-
Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and manuals to support problem-solving
-
Assist in equipment installations, rebuilds, and modifications
-
Collaborate with production and safety teams to meet performance and compliance goals
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
-
Solid understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
-
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
-
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding, and fabrication a plus
-
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-
Willingness to work overtime or off-shifts as needed to support production
-
High school diploma or GED required; trade or technical certifications preferred
