🛠️ Facilities Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing Environment
Keep the facility powered, running, and ready.
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the operations of our manufacturing facility. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong electrical expertise, general maintenance knowledge, and a passion for keeping equipment and infrastructure in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations for facility systems (lighting, panels, circuits, etc.)

Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and compressed air systems

Conduct preventive maintenance on facility infrastructure and maintain accurate service records
-
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime

Assist with equipment moves, setups, and utility connections
-
Ensure the facility complies with safety regulations and building codes
-
Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
-
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Requirements:
-
Strong electrical background with the ability to diagnose and repair facility electrical systems

3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial environment
-
Working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and general facility upkeep
-
Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
-
Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
-
Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Willingness to work overtime or weekends if needed

High school diploma or GED; technical certifications a plus
