Job Description: Class E Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate - $16 - $20/hr Depending on client and experience.

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Class E Delivery Drivers & Warehouse Associates to interview with our valued clients. This hybrid role combines local delivery driving with essential warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate is comfortable both behind the wheel and on the warehouse floor, ensuring efficient and accurate deliveries as well as smooth warehouse operations. Experience in forklift operations is a major plus!
Key Responsibilities
Delivery Driver Duties:
- Safely operate company vehicles to deliver products to customers and job sites in a timely and professional manner.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and care with all materials.
- Verify delivery contents and obtain required signatures or documentation.
- Maintain a clean driving record and adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.
Warehouse Associate Duties:
- Assist with receiving, storing, picking, and packing inventory as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift experience a plus; training available for qualified candidates).
- Use manual and electric pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts.
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
- Valid Class E driver’s license (Missouri) with a clean motor vehicle record.
- Ability and willingness to perform both delivery and warehouse duties.
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred.
- Forklift operation experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs. to 75 lbs. consistently.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to safely operate all client work vehicles.
Work Environment
- Local deliveries within St. Louis County, Arnold, MO, and Jefferson County, MO.
- Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Physical role requiring frequent lifting, standing, walking, and vehicle operation.
