Job Description: General Labor / Sanitation / Production (2nd & 3rd Shifts) - $14/hr - $19/hr depending on shift, experience, and client.

Position Overview
We are hiring dependable team members for General Labor, Sanitation, and Production roles on 2nd and/or 3rd shifts. These positions support our clients’ manufacturing and production operations by maintaining clean, safe workspaces and assisting with hands-on production tasks. Candidates must be comfortable with physical work, following safety protocols, and adapting to varying production environments. Reliable and independent transportation is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials or products, regularly handling up to 50 lbs throughout your shift.
- Assist with production line tasks, including assembling, packaging, or preparing products as needed.
- Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning equipment, work areas, and common spaces according to company and regulatory requirements.
- Use basic math skills to measure, count, and verify materials or product quantities.
- Read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and production paperwork.
- Operate basic equipment and tools safely (training provided as needed).
- Wear and maintain required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hair and beard nets, safety glasses, and ear protection.
- Work in environments that may not be temperature controlled, including exposure to varying temperatures.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and sanitation goals.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements
- Ability to work 2nd and/or 3rd shift schedules, including overtime as needed.
- Reliable and independent transportation to and from work sites in St. Louis County, Arnold, MO, and Jefferson County, MO is required.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Basic math skills, reading comprehension, and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Comfortable wearing all required PPE (hair and beard nets, safety glasses, ear protection).
- Closed toe shoes required; steel toed boots are preferred and may be required by some clients.
- Comfortable working in environments that may not be temperature controlled.
- Willingness to submit a resume and participate in an interview process if requested.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Previous experience in production, sanitation, or general labor is a plus but not required.
Work Environment
- Fast-paced production or manufacturing settings.
- Physical work involving standing, bending, and repetitive motion for most of the shift.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Use of required PPE at all times.
