Front Office Coordinator (FOC)

Express Employment Professionals (MARSAMED) seeks an exceptional Front Office Coordinator (FOC) to serve as the welcoming face and friendly voice of our office, setting the tone for every client and associate interaction.

Your Role:
- Front Desk Management:
- Create positive first impressions by professionally handling in-person visits, multi-line phone systems, and electronic inquiries.
- Document all inquiries promptly and accurately in our Q4 system.
- Manage general administrative tasks (correspondence, mailings, documentation, filing).
- Applicant & Recruiting Support:
- Review and process online applications daily.
- Coordinate applicant flow, route applicants through Whippy AI Virtual Recruiter, and schedule interviews.
- Administer and review skills evaluations.
- Payroll & Compliance Administration:
- Process weekly payroll accurately, resolving discrepancies efficiently.
- Conduct and track background checks, maintaining compliance.
- Manage office inventory proactively.
- Sales & Marketing Assistance:
- Maintain active social media presence (Facebook, SOCi).
- Support inside sales through appointment setting and MPC calls.
- Post job ads and convert employment verification calls into opportunities.
- General Office Operations:
- Maintain professional office appearance.
- Conduct all tasks according to Express and legal guidelines.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Technical skills: Multi-line phones, MS Word, Outlook, typing (40 wpm), basic math.
- High School Diploma/GED (required); previous office or customer service experience preferred.
