Mixes raw materials to create finished product:

Follows customer and company specifications and mixing instructions.

Performs quality control checks on materials and equipment.

Executes cut and dump procedures for batch production.

Completes required production paperwork accurately.

Packages finished products:

Verifies labels match paperwork.
-
Labels packaging materials correctly.
-
Accurately fills packaging with finished product.
-
Seals bags and palletizes for warehouse transfer.

Maintains sanitation in work area:
-
Disposes of used packaging materials properly.
-
Sweeps and dusts to keep areas clear of spills.
-
Maintains an orderly, clean, and organized workspace.
-
Assists in training new personnel.
-
Ensures daily adherence to food safety objectives and the SQF Code.

Acts as an alternate for all Blender positions as required.

Performs additional tasks as directed by supervisors for project completion or modification.

Work is in a climate-controlled production/warehouse environment.

Frequent exposure to grain dust.

Noise levels range from moderate to high; hearing protection required in some areas.
