Join our valued client, located in Arnold, MO, a leading manufacturer specializing in small-duct, high-velocity heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial environments. As a member of the Tubing Department, you will help produce and assemble the flexible air distribution tubes vital to the efficient and quiet operation of their HVAC systems.

Production and Assembly

Cut, measure, and prepare small-diameter, flexible tubing according to precise specifications.

Assemble tubing sections using hand and power tools.

Install and secure insulation layers and sound-absorbing materials on tubing as required.

Inspect tubing for quality control, checking for leaks, damage, and accuracy of dimensions.

Material Handling

Select, stage, and handle raw tubing materials, insulation, couplings, and fittings.

Maintain material inventory, report shortages, and restock as needed.

Workplace Organization & Safety

Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and machinery guards.

Maintain clean and organized workstations to help prevent contamination and defects.

Documentation & Reporting

Accurately complete required production reports and documentation.

Notify supervisors of equipment issues, quality variances, or process improvement opportunities.

Team Support

Collaborate with assembly, packaging, and quality departments to ensure timely production flow.

Assist in training new employees or temporary staff in tubing department processes.

Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

Familiarity with hand and power tools.

Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Basic math and measurement skills.

Ability to stand, bend, lift (up to 50 pounds), and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.

Must be willing and able to work in a non-climate controlled setting; the facility is hot when it’s hot and cold when it’s cold.
