Overview
Our client’s facility is located in Fenton, MO. We are a high precision shop utilizing all facets of machining. We have our own niche product line and have been supporting that industry for over 40 years. The shop is temperature controlled year around and stays extremely clean. Working conditions are excellent. We have one day shift, hours are 7:00AM-3:30PM with occasional overtime. Qualifications
Candidate must be able to set up a CNC lathe and understand G code. We are running Hardinge Super Precision Machines with Fanuc controls, sub-spindles, and live tools. Must have in depth knowledge of gage blocks, .0001” indicators and micrometers as well as all basic close tolerance measuring equipment.
Mastercam experience is a plus.
CNC Mill experience is a plus.
Manual machining experience is a plus.
Surface grinding and cylindrical grinding experience is a plus.
Understanding of ISO9001:2015 is a plus.
Responsibilities
Set up CNC lathe for production runs to fulfill orders using existing programs, altering existing programs, or creating new programs. 100% check each item as it comes off of the machine.
