Inspect metal parts and finished products for compliance with specifications using precise measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, gauges).

Perform and log all required quality checks, documenting any non-conformance issues and initiating corrective action reports.

Maintain thorough records of QA activities, inspection outcomes, and process deviations to ensure traceability.

Oversee production phases for adherence to industry and company standards, including regulatory compliance for aerospace and specialty finishing.

Analyze and resolve quality-related customer complaints and coordinate with operations for root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

Enforce and improve protocols to optimize inspection and product quality.

Facilitate quality audits and support management in data collection for continuous improvement efforts.

Train production staff in QA best practices and ensure safety standards are upheld during all inspections and processes.

High school diploma or equivalent required; further technical education or relevant certifications preferred.

Experience with metal finishing processes, aerospace or manufacturing QA roles is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with quality management systems, statistical analysis in Excel, and relevant measuring equipment.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

Eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift products of varying sizes and weights as part of inspection and QA processes.
