Organize, clean, and maintain facility spaces, including offices, labs, hallways, and common areas

Perform general repairs, such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and basic mechanical troubleshooting

Support routine and preventative maintenance for facility equipment and building systems

Identify and promptly address maintenance needs and report more serious issues as needed

Assist with setup and breakdown for company events and facility functions

Safely operate hand and power tools, cleaning equipment, and maintenance tools

Regularly lift and move heavy items (over 50 lbs) for extended periods, as required by tasks

Collaborate with facility management and team members to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Respond promptly to requests or emergencies within the facility

Support HVAC maintenance and minor repairs as needed (HVAC knowledge preferred)

Complete documentation for work performed and maintain organized records of maintenance activities

Prior experience in facility maintenance, custodial work, or building operations is required

Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems

Experience with HVAC maintenance considered a strong plus

Ability to organize work tasks and maintain a clean, orderly workspace

Comfortable with lifting 50+ lbs for multiple hours a day if needed

Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Good communication skills, with a customer-service attitude

High school diploma or GED required

Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Capable of standing, bending, and walking for extended shifts

Able to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and operate machinery and tools
