Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes (such as Citizen or similar brands) to machine metal and plastic parts.

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and job instructions for each project.

Adjust machine controls and tool settings to maintain tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes.

Monitor machines during operation, performing inspections with precision measuring tools and making offsets as needed.

Perform first piece and in-process inspections to verify that parts meet specifications.

Maintain cleanliness, perform minor maintenance, and document production records.

Technical diploma or experience in CNC machining; Swiss lathe training is a strong plus.

Solid understanding of G-code programming, blueprints, and inspection protocols.

Proficient with micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement devices.

Prior experience with high-volume or custom part manufacturing is desirable.

Good problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
