Job Title: Class E Driver/ Moving Crew Member
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $22/hr - $25/hr
Employment Type: Full-time
Position Summary:
Join a hardworking and supportive moving crew! Movers are responsible for safely handling, loading, unloading, and transporting household goods and furniture while delivering professional and friendly service. This role is fast-paced and physically active and offers the opportunity to be hired permanently after project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, unload, and move furniture, boxes, and household items
- Protect household goods using pads, wrap, straps, and proper handling techniques
- Use moving tools and equipment (hand trucks, dollies, etc.)
- Work as part of a team to meet daily goals and deadlines
- Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and work area
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Qualifications:
- Valid Class E driver's license required
- Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain reliable transportation to work
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and carry 50lbs consistently and safely, perform physical tasks (bending, pushing, pulling, standing, walking) for extended periods
