Experienced Front Desk Professional Needed

Our valued client in the St. Louis metro area is seeking an experienced Receptionist to support daily front office operations. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a professional office environment and is comfortable serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings strong front-desk experience, professionalism, and confidence managing a busy office environment. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all visitors and callers

  • Manage and route calls through a multi-line phone system

  • Maintain a professional, welcoming front office presence

  • Coordinate scheduling and communication with internal teams

Visitor Management & Office Coordination

  • Follow visitor check-in and security procedures

  • Issue visitor badges and assist with safety protocols

  • Maintain accurate visitor logs and front desk documentation

Office & Administrative Support

  • Keep front desk and shared office areas organized and presentable

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

  • Monitor office supply inventory and assist with ordering

  • Support meeting spaces, conference rooms, and executive areas

Additional Responsibilities

  • Coordinate lunch orders for meetings and guests

  • Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed
