$30.00 – $35.00 per hour for experienced drivers
Job Summary
Our valued client is seeking an experienced CDL A and B Local Delivery Drivers to support our St. Louis operations. This position is responsible for safe, timely delivery of agricultural products to local customers. Drivers are home daily and work a consistent first-shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles for local deliveries within the St. Louis metro area
- Safely load, transport, and unload products and related materials
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently
- Complete all required delivery paperwork, logs, and documentation accurately
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company policies
- Provide professional, customer-focused service at delivery locations
- Assist with yard, warehouse, or terminal tasks as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid Class A/B CDL
- 1–2+ years of verifiable CDL driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
- Strong safety awareness and time management skills
Preferred:
- Local delivery or distribution experience
- Agricultural, chemical, or bulk delivery experience
- Experience with ELDs and route management systems
Schedule & Work Environment
- First shift / day shift
- Home daily
- Local routes only (no over-the-road)
