Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Associate – 1st Shift
Pay: $18–$22/hour
Location: South County, MO
Schedule: 1st Shift (Monday–Friday)

Job Summary
Our agency is seeking dependable Shipping & Receiving Associates for growing companies in the South County Area. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in warehouse or logistics environments. Multiple placements are available with companies that value accuracy, safety, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments for accuracy and condition

Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders efficiently and safely

Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts (training available)

Maintain organized and clean work areas, following all safety and compliance standards

Track shipments, update inventory systems, and document product movement

Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation

Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure on-time order fulfillment
Qualifications & Skills

Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic

Forklift experience is a plus but not required

Must be available for 1st shift
