Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor a laser cutting machine to produce metal parts.
• Load and unload sheet metal or materials onto the laser table.
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and correct specifications.
• Perform basic adjustments and routine machine upkeep.
• Follow work orders, measurement requirements, and production guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work with a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• No laser experience required — training provided.
• Machine operation, fabrication, CNC, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and use basic tools (preferred, not required).
• Ability to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
• Safety‑focused and able to work independently.
