Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operator – Flexible Start times – $16–$18/hr DOE
Summary
We are seeking a dependable Plastic Injection Molding Machine Operators for our valued client in Valley Park, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for flexible scheduling, cross‑training, and long‑term stability in a climate‑controlled facility.
Experience in plastics, assembly, or machine operation is helpful, but no experience is required — full training is provided. Looking for someone who values punctuality, reliability, strong communication, and individuals who stay engaged and off their phone while working.
Shift & Pay
- 1st Shift: Flexible start times between 6:00 AM–8:00 AM
- Full‑Time or Part‑Time schedules
- 4×10 hour shifts available
- Weekend overtime (Depending on Production)
- Pay: $16.00–$18.00/hr (Depending on Experience)
Job Duties
- Load and unload plastic injection molding machines safely and efficiently
- Cross‑train in assembly, packaging, and basic quality inspection
- Inspect molded parts for defects, accuracy, and count
- Follow work instructions and maintain production flow
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Support various departments as needed based on production demands
Qualifications
- Experience is helpful but NOT required — willing to train
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to stay off your phone
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn multiple tasks
- Team‑oriented, flexible, and open to cross‑training
