Location: Crestwood, MO
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Schedule:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Saturday: Available if desired to reach 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with eyeglass fittings, frame selection, and lens measurements
- Provide guidance on eyewear products, lenses, and optical solutions
- Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendars
- Complete and maintain patient records, documentation, and paperwork
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service and patient experience in a professional optical setting
- Support overall daily operations of the optical office / vision center
Qualifications
- Prior experience working as an Optician, Optical Technician, or in an eye-care / optical environment (required)
- Knowledge of eyewear, lenses, frames, and optical products
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cash handling, POS systems, and administrative tasks
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
