Location: Saint Joseph, MO
Pay: $20.27/hour
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire | Day Shift
Are you proud of your welding skills and ready to bring your precision and craftsmanship to a company that values quality? We’re looking for a MIG Welder who knows their way around GMAW welding, blueprint reading, and takes safety seriously.
What You’ll Do:

Perform MIG welding using GMAW and AWS 1-G techniques

Use grinders, tape measures, and other tools to ensure quality work

Stand, lift, and bend as needed during your shift

Work closely with the team to maintain high standards and safety
What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of welding experience (a weld test will be part of the hiring process)

Ability to read blueprints is a big plus

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Safety-first mindset

High school diploma or GED
