Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment failures

Preventive Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan

Problem Solving: Respond quickly to machine issues and production interruptions with effective solutions

Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to improve overall efficiency

Documentation: Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and part inventories
Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing or production environment

Technical Skills: Knowledge of electrical systems, motors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components

Physical Capability: Able to lift up to 100 lbs., climb ladders, and handle physically demanding tasks

Work Ethic: Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and within a team
