👋 Greet patients and visitors with a smile
📞 Answer phones & route calls with confidence
📅 Schedule and confirm appointments
📝 Help patients with intake forms and documentation
💵 Collect payments, issue receipts, and track daily totals
📂 Keep patient records up to date (HIPAA-compliant, of course!)
📬 Handle mail, prep documents, and send correspondence
🖨 Operate office tech—computers, copiers, scanners, etc.
💼 Support a caring team of healthcare pros
✅ What You’ll Need:
✔️ Friendly personality & great communication skills
✔️ Solid Microsoft Office and typing/data entry skills
✔️ Prior medical office or front desk experience (a plus!)
✔️ Basic math skills for payment handling
✔️ Strong attention to detail and confidentiality (HIPAA knowledge = win!)
✔️ Dependable, organized, and eager to help out wherever needed
