Billing Specialist – Behavioral Health Clinic
Temporary-to-Hire | Career Growth Opportunity

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and submit invoices to insurance companies and private clients

  • Extract and organize billing data from logs and internal systems

  • Maintain accurate records in our billing software and databases

  • Review claims and billing documentation for compliance and completeness

  • Assist with accounts receivable tracking and follow-ups

  • Provide technical support to the billing team

  • Complete general clerical duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED required

Experience & Skills:

  • Background in billing, medical office administration, or accounts receivable

  • Skilled in data entry and comfortable using billing systems

  • Knowledge of healthcare or behavioral health terminology is a plus

  • Strong communication and customer service abilities

  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Personal Qualities:

  • Dependable and organized

  • Professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Deadline-driven with strong problem-solving skills
