Position: Evaluation/Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for optimal efficiency.
- Collaborate with vendors and design effective testing methods.
- Analyze workflow, equipment, and space to streamline operations.
- Prepare detailed reports and conduct cost analysis.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of equipment.
- Train and mentor technicians to improve performance.
- Develop production schedules and manage budgets.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail with advanced computer proficiency.
- Ability to lift up to 15 lbs, sit for extended periods, and type efficiently.
Desired Skills:
- 2-3 years of engineering experience preferred.
