Job Overview
As a Maintenance Worker, you’ll perform a variety of repair and upkeep tasks involving buildings, equipment, and grounds. You’ll troubleshoot and complete work related to basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general handyman services across commercial or residential settings.
Key Responsibilities

Perform basic repairs and maintenance on doors, flooring, fixtures, and light plumbing or electrical systems

Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify and resolve issues before they escalate

Maintain clean, safe, and functional workspaces including common areas, restrooms, and grounds

Handle painting, patching, light carpentry, and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal, lawn upkeep)

Assist with installation, relocation, or removal of furniture, appliances, or fixtures

Respond to work orders and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner
What We’re Looking For

Prior experience in general building or property maintenance

Familiarity with hand and power tools

Additional Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs

Valid driver’s license preferred (some travel between properties may be required)
