🚀 Join Our Team as a Process Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift!
Location: St. Joseph, MO
Pay: $22–$26/hr DOE | Full-Time | Direct Hire

We’re hiring Process Technicians at multiple experience levels to join a growing, innovative facility focused on quality and efficiency. If you know blow molding, love solving problems, and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do Every Day:
🔧 Collaborate with production, QA, and maintenance teams to boost output, quality, and safety
🔧 Troubleshoot and optimize blow mold equipment to keep production running smoothly
🔧 Handle mold and equipment changes with precision and care
🔧 Use data-driven solutions to reduce downtime and improve processes
🔧 Keep equipment well-maintained and follow preventative schedules
🔧 Monitor materials and processes to ensure top-quality products
🔧 Maintain accurate records and support training, projects, and installations
Who We’re Looking For:
✨ Level 1: 1–3 years experience
✨ Level 2: 4–6 years experience
✨ Level 3: 7–10+ years with leadership or project experience
All Levels Require:
✔ High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
✔ Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
✔ Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in tight spaces
✔ Willingness to travel for select roles
