🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints and process sheets to plan machining operations

Program and operate CNC mills to produce precision parts

Set up and align machines using advanced tools and instruments

Measure and inspect finished parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges

Calculate machine parameters to optimize speed, feed, and cutting performance

Perform quality checks during and after production

Maintain and troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance

Support process improvements for increased efficiency and quality

Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and goals
✅ Qualifications:

5–7 years of CNC machining experience (mill-focused)

Proficient in CNC programming and setup

Experience with live tooling and advanced machining techniques

Strong math and computer skills

Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

Solid understanding of metal cutting and machining best practices

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
