🔍 What You’ll Do:

Set up, program, and operate CNC milling machines

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Calibrate tools, align workpieces, and ensure optimal machine performance

Perform detailed inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
-
Troubleshoot machine or production issues

Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and quality
✅ What We’re Looking For:

5–7 years of CNC milling experience (setup, programming, operation)

Experience with live tooling & advanced machining techniques is a plus
-
Strong ability to read G-code and use CNC controls

Excellent mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Team-focused attitude with reliable work ethic

Strong math and problem-solving skills
